Developer API
The voice-AI API hosted in the EU
Create phone-answering AI agents, read calls and transcripts, and receive signed event webhooks — over a plain REST API or its native MCP server, hosted in the EU (AWS Frankfurt).
Your first agent
curl -X POST https://api.loomira.ai/v1/agents \
-H "X-Api-Key: lmk_..." \
-d '{"name": "Reception Agent"}'A native MCP server
Manage Loomira from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client — a native MCP server over the same API key. Agents, calls with transcripts, knowledge and webhooks, straight from your assistant.
Plain REST, scoped API keys
Agents, calls, transcripts, knowledge and webhooks over predictable JSON endpoints. Keys carry read/write/admin scopes and per-key rate limits.
<loomira-call> on your own site
A two-line embed puts a live voice-call button on any page — origin-allowlisted, no API key in the browser, themeable with CSS custom properties.
Signed webhooks with a real DLQ
Six event types, HMAC-SHA256 signatures, automatic retries and a redeliverable dead-letter log — delivery you can audit, not hope for.
Hosted in the EU, transparently
Calls, transcripts and customer data are hosted and stored in AWS Frankfurt; call audio is not stored. Every sub-processor is published, including the one exception in the call path: speech synthesis currently uses a global endpoint under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and receives only the response text.
Voice quality included
The same low-latency German-first voice stack our own portal ships — dialect-tuned STT, natural TTS, RAG knowledge — behind one API.
Tenant isolation by construction
Postgres row-level security on every tenant table, KMS-encrypted secrets, HMAC-bound credentials. The isolation is enforced in the database, not in code review.
OpenAPI-first docs
A curated OpenAPI document drives the interactive reference and imports straight into Postman.
Included with Scale
The developer API and signed webhooks ship with the Scale plan and above — the same subscription that covers your call minutes, no separate API contract. On Enterprise, everything is negotiable.
