One plan that grows with you

You pay in advance via Stripe — monthly or annually (two months free). Each plan includes a minute allowance that renews monthly; all prices are exclusive of VAT.

Minutes beyond your plan allowance are drawn from your prepaid balance at €0.15/min. When it runs out, calls pause until you top up — nothing is auto-charged to your card. A larger plan is always cheaper per minute than overage, and you can switch at any time.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled to the end of the contract month and annual plans to the end of the contract year, with one month’s notice (§ 13 of the Terms).

Yes. If you have not used Loomira within 14 days of your first payment (no billed call minutes), we refund the amount in full. Once usage has started, refunds are excluded (§ 4 of the Terms).
