How we create our content

On loomira.ai we publish guides, templates and explainers about business phone handling, availability and AI phone assistants. This page explains who is responsible for them, how they are made and how we keep them current.

Who is responsible?

Loomira's founders, Mirko Rossbach and Montassar Zaroui, are responsible for our content (see the imprint). Every post names who wrote it. When a founder has reviewed a post for accuracy, the post names them as reviewer.

How posts are made

We research primary sources such as vendor documentation, legislation and statistics from public bodies. We use AI tools for drafts and translations. We name a founder as reviewer only after they have checked the facts, step-by-step instructions, figures and legal statements. Posts by the Loomira editorial team have been edited, and their expert review follows, at which point we add the reviewer.

Sources, not claims

Figures and legal statements link to primary sources. We never invent statistics, testimonials or ratings. Examples, such as example calls, are labelled as examples.

Freshness

We change the "Updated" date only for material changes, not for typos or layout tweaks.

Our role

Loomira is our own product, and we make it clear when a post mentions it. We don't compare ourselves with named competitors.
