With the Google Sheets integration, Loomira keeps a call log for you: after every call, it adds one row to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. You connect your Google account once, on Google's own sign-in and consent screen; Loomira never sees your password.
What the integration does
- Creates one spreadsheet. When you connect, Loomira creates a spreadsheet called Loomira – Calls (in German: Loomira – Anrufe) in your Google Drive, with a header row.
- Adds one row per call. For every call answered by an assistant with the call log switched on, Loomira adds a row: time, assistant, call status, duration, the caller's phone number (if it was transmitted), and the name, phone number, email address, request and notes the assistant recorded.
- Only appends. Loomira never edits or deletes rows. You can sort, filter, share or add columns; new rows keep coming in at the bottom.
Which permissions Loomira asks for, and why
- "See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files that you use with this app": so Loomira can create the call-log spreadsheet and add rows to it. Loomira can only open files it created itself and cannot see any other file in your Drive.
- Your email address: so the portal shows which Google account is connected.
Switching the call log on
- In the portal, open Integrations and click Connect with Google on the Google Sheets card.
- Sign in to Google, choose the account, review the permissions and click Allow. You are returned to the portal; the card shows the account and an Open sheet link.
- Open the assistant whose calls should be logged, go to Technical → Integrations and switch on Call log in Google Sheets. Save the assistant.
The call log is switched on per assistant, so you choose which assistants' calls appear in the sheet.
If the spreadsheet is deleted
If the spreadsheet is deleted or Loomira loses access to it, the card shows Reconnect required and the workspace owners get one email. Reconnect, and Loomira creates a fresh spreadsheet.
Disconnecting and revoking access
- In the portal, open Integrations and click Disconnect on the Google Sheets card. Loomira deletes the stored access tokens immediately; the spreadsheet stays in your Drive.
- You can also withdraw access on Google's side at any time under Third-party apps & services in your Google account.
Privacy
How Loomira handles spreadsheet data is set out in section 5 of our privacy policy, including who receives it and how it is protected and deleted. Spreadsheet data is never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models, and access tokens are stored encrypted in the AWS region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt am Main) and deleted when you disconnect. Loomira's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
